Class 4 does not cover:

1. Oils for tanning leather (Class 1)
2. Oils for preservation of wood and anti-rust oils and greases (Class 2)
3. Essential oils (Class 3)
4. Massage candles for cosmetic (Class 3)
5. Medicated massage candles (Class 5)
6. Grafting wax for trees (Class 1)
7. Sealing wax (Class 16)
8. Dental wax (Class 5)
9. Tailors’ wax, polishing wax and depilatory wax (Class 3)
10. Wicks for oil stoves (Class 11) & cigarette lighters (Class 34)
