Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

We are ConSerIC the team of accountants and business consultants doing business of providing services of accounting, taxation and business consultancy in Pakistan. We located at 5th Floor, Feroze Center, Main Fazle Haq Road, Blue Area, G-6, Islamabad, 44000.

At ConSerIC, we strive to provide the best services to our clients. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to cancel a service or request a refund. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and cancellations are processed.

2. Cancellation Policy

Service Cancellation by Client:

  • Our customers / clients have right to cancel a service at any time by contacting us at info@conseric.pk.
  • Cancellation(s) of the services made within (15) fifteen days of the signing of contract / agreement on the terms or commencement of the services, whichever is earlier, will lead towards full refund except non-refundable services.
  • For the ongoing contract and assignments, cancellation request made after the period of (15) fifteen days as mentioned above will be accepted after the payment of our service charges on the basis of percentage of contract completion.
  • For the completed assignments, outstanding fee and bad debts, the cancellation request can only be accepted after the payment of our agreed service charges, outstanding fee and agreed amounts, as the case may be.

Service Cancellation by ConSerIC:

  • We reserve the right to cancel any service at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or if we believe that the service cannot be provided as agreed. In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund for the non-performance part of the contract will be issued.

3. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds are only available for services that have been canceled within the specified cancellation period.
  • Refunds will be issued for the part of contract that has not been performed.
  • Except for the non-refundable services, ConSerIC will process the refunds.

Refund Process:

  • To request a refund, please contact us at info@conseric.pk with your order details and reason for the refund request. (Before requesting refund, read clause 4 of this policy).
  • We will assess your request before processing the refunds.
  • Refunds will be processed within four to six business days of receiving your request.
  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

4. Non-Refundable Services

We don’t acknowledge refund request for the non-refundable services. Certain services are non-refundable. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Services that have been fully rendered as per contract and agreed terms.
  • Part of a contract that has been performed and this performance is irreversible or irrevocable.
  • Retainership services which have been delivered to the clients.
  • Any services where work has been completed and delivered to the clients.
  • Tax returns that we have submitted / filed to tax authorities after the consent / signature of clients.
  • Licensing or company registration processes that have been submitted / filed to competent authorities after the signature / consent of clients whether the license / registration is being issued or under process.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page. You are advised to review this policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
